place them there and are not representative of ResponsiveWeb. The user understands that
ResponsiveWeb is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any
information, product or service offered herein and the user must assume full
responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and
usefulness of any information or other content. ResponsiveWeb hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed and implied,
including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or
associate offering information, products, and services through ResponsiveWeb's web site,
linked to ResponsiveWeb's web site, or hosting with ResponsiveWeb. The user agrees that ResponsiveWeb is not
responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any
information, product or service offered by others who are linked to the ResponsiveWeb web
site or are hosted on ResponsiveWeb servers. ResponsiveWeb is only bound by legal documentation
on the English website, translated documents may reflect inaccuracies as a result of language differences. ResponsiveWeb shall not be liable for any damages
allegedly sustained from use of the information, products and services. ResponsiveWeb's
only liability in the event of errors shall be the correction or removal of the
erroneous information after verification. ResponsiveWeb's 10% Pricematch Policy is subject to management's approval. Clients will be notified about their
pricematch request's acceptance within 10 days prior to the end of their 30 day money back guarantee period at latest, so they have adequate
time to assess their future hosting decisions.
